A collaborative project of friends from across the US, Wildered is based primarily out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Spearheaded by singer-songwriter Nate Bjorge, the songs, production, and live performances have always been a joint effort.

In 2024, Wildered toured with their debut album, Emezov, opening for artists including Judah & The Lion and Sam Tinnesz. This milestone year also featured alternate version releases of beloved tracks, including Haven (Acoustic) with Cody Francis, as they build toward a Deluxe version of the album.

biography

Nate grew up just minutes from co-founder Joshua Miranda in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, just south of the border of Wisconsin. Nate and Joshua had both become fans of each other's music over the years, despite not officially crossing paths until later. Once they began collaborating, they quickly discovered a shared love of indie folk music, sonic exploration, and thoughtful lyricism. The early Wildered releases, including Until She’s Gone, Creature, and Your Ghost were inspired to express life’s transformative or “wildering” experiences.

From 2018 to 2020, Wildered released 6 singles and toured primarily as a duo featuring acoustic and electric guitars, looping beats, and Nate and Joshua’s impressive vocal blend. Around the time of the COVID-19 pandemic, Nate moved to Milwaukee and Joshua moved to Austin, Texas. Needless to say, it was time to reevaluate the project’s approach. Like many in the music industry, Wildered used this time to write, regroup, and plan for the future. Despite the distance, Joshua Miranda remained integral to the writing and production of Emezov.

Released in 2023, Emezov showcased a wide array of styles, from the stripped-back acoustic Teething, to the energetic, synth-driven GO (feat. SOCIALS). The album covers an exploration through the mythical regions of Emezov, illustrated by the evolving musical, lyrical, and production elements from song to song.

Originally beloved for their ambient folk and melancholy songwriting, Wildered continues to push the boundaries by fusing together acoustic folk music with electric instruments and experimental sounds. Wildered is proud of their rotating cast of artists and creatives both live and in the studio. Notable contributors include Zach Pietrini, Noah Huffman, Joshua Miranda, Ben Dahms, Ethan Radtke, Paige Hargrove, Cody Francis, and Adam Curry.

Thank you for listening and being a part of our Wildered extended family. You make this project possible and we look forward to sharing more music and experiences with you <3
